Job Summary:
The Service Manager position involves exposing every customer to One Toyota of Oakland's' unique "One Price, One Person" Service Philosophy. This is achieved through sincere relationship building and a consistent, disciplined execution of One Toyota of Oakland's' 13 step service process.

Service Managers would be responsible for maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism in their appearance and their attitude. Every associate of One Toyota of Oakland Toyota is expected to carry out their duties with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
