Welcome to the Marin Employment Connection (MEC), a  public and private partnership operated by the Marin County Department of Health & Human Services and supported by the Workforce Investment Board of Marin County.

MEC provides employment and training services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).

The Workforce Investment Board of Marin County is comprised of business and community leaders who follow business trends, target employer needs and create strategies for training employees so that employers can maintain a competitive edge. The WIB's mission is to support a thriving, diverse workforce through education, training and collaboration with Marin County employers.”
